Launched last year, Trodat Information Portal US is your main source of images, SDS sheets, instructional videos and marketing materials for a wide range of Trodat products. It is your first step for all your marketing and information requests. Rather than being limited to a weekday workhour request window, you can access the product information you need whenever you want.
So now that you know where you can start looking, how do you wade through the 2,500+ items on the portal to find the specific item you are looking for?
Trodat Information Portal US has several search methods open to you. The fastest and easiest method is to simply use the item number of the product you’d like content for and enter it into the search bar. This will bring up everything that is associated with that specific item number. If you don’t know the item number, then you can use the product’s model name or number.
For example, let’s say you have a Printy 4913 with a black pad and you need a picture of the unit. You can enter the item number “43071”. This will bring up 5 items that are associated with the Printy 4913. But if you just enter “4913” this will bring up 89 items associated with the number 4913. As you can see, using the item number will help you narrow down your search. The more specific you can be with the search criteria, the more tailored your initial content results will be. But if you must search using broad terms, there are additional filters to help narrow down the results to help you find the right content.
There are several different ways you can search for the content you need, and I would encourage you to try different methods and play around on the site to find what works best for you. You may end up finding additional content that you weren’t originally looking for but is useful nonetheless.
